I'm going to be blunt about this course, and the guy teaching it... he is a nice likable guy but I would take his "teachings" with a grain of salt. Really, he can really take you down the wrong road if you are a newbie and follow his direction on SEO, and now "Twitter SEO"
IMHO twitter is shit for marketing, and most "SEO gurus" don't know what the hell they are talking about... this guy comes across as being a guru but he is more of a newbie. A hardworking newbie who is honest but can't really eff up your sites if you take all the advice he gives you.
And you might be saying "well this shit is free" well NOT really. You are paying for it with your time.
Just giving you my honest review.
