You need to have all the parts to extract from start to finish !
If you have all the parts 1-9 still getting errors, like the file is corrupt or the volume is corrupt Here's a quick Fix !
Extracting using WinRar
Right Click >> Extract Files
on the next screen Tick Keep Broken Files.
And then Extract all the files !
Ignore Errors you'll get while extracting [ Click on Close on each Error ]
Let the Extraction Complete !
And there you go !

@derdor You Seem to have High Bandwidth as you have downloaded whole 6gb 3 times from 3 mirrors then Please Make the Clean Upload/Mirror on Mega and Let Others Make Mirrors also !
tusfiles is just shit ! it connects to malicious sites adwares in the background thanks to Kaspersky I am Safe as it detected all the activity in the background !
But the downloaded file is Clean !
