I was having a problem uploading a template on to my page and then found that to the left hand side on the top of the page where it says Import Template. The left of that tab is a folder Icon, Click on it to open it and then choose Load Template and then use the pull down menu and pick the template you want to load..

I figure I share this since it was driving me nuts and it might help out some other people..
