So what is the best backlink submitter, i myself am looking at magic submitter.
GSA Search engine ranker worked good for me so far.
FCS Networker for Tier 1 (Web 2.0, Bookmark)
GSA SER for other tiers

Agreed, and more so every Google update. The future is manual! Can't say that though for pretty much everything else lol
FCS for Tier 1
GSA for Tier 2 and 3
Personal preference.
If you know how to configure GSA SER properly it can also make fantastic tier 1's. But a pretty steep learning curve and tons of time spent fine tuning the configurations.
xrumer is still the most advanced.
I prefer to use GSA and xrumer
