There is no need to buy minutes or credits buddy, The only extra cost if you want to buy a toll free number for $2 per month on twilio, but you can use your existing phone number, and you can charge your clients more than if you want.

yes you can set this up for your clients, but if you want to use a toll free number, it will cost $2 per month using twilio. I will send you mass SMS and Mass Message as a bonus.
