Yes you do.
For any list building you would need an autoresponder.
The tool doesn't collect leads for you.
What it does it helps you schedule your posting to multiple groups.
The one doing the job to get the leads for you will be what you post in the groups.
Your call to action in the group gets people to click on those links, which you can capture the leads from.
There are other tools for for collecting leads.

But Group Marketer saves you lots and lots of time. Imagine, if you were to post one by one to all the groups you are in. Here you can do it all within the software itself.
And you can even apply to join a group within the software itself.

Be wise when using the tool.
Do not do what you would not do manually.
Sending to 100 groups in 1 minute is the surest way of getting your account suspended from future group postings.

That's the reason we need the scheduler which is available in the Pro Version. To schedule the postings.
Also set up postings by intervals.
All these can be arranged within the software.
