Normally you must not make problems with this. But please keep in mind to respect the Facebook Community Standards

If you post something on a few groups it is not a problem, but do not start to spam because you will be blocked as not respecting Facebook Community Standards.
Keep in mind that None know the algorithm of facebook, so you can post to 3 groups and get penalized.
The last time I checked it was 600 / day !
All what you need to do, is making it looks humain posting ! not a bot posting !
In my side, I use always Dump accounts ! you can buy a bulk of them on fiveer for cheap price.
