I want to sign up for the 5 days trial but I am getting error by Paypal everytime - "Your last action could not be completed". I made other purchases today and didn't have any problem, also my account doesn't have any limits. I've cleared my cache multiple times and it still doesn't let me pay.

Hmm, that's weird, does the problem persist? Cause it looks like everything's fine on my side.

You can also click "pay by credit card", there will be paypal option also.
