Now that this thread is opened I'll give my review. I ordered in August, tried to use the account in September, the account didn't work. I PM'ed Horla (a couple of times) and also posted in another one of his sales threads since he had this one locked. He never responded.
Now it's 40 days since the time that I PM'ed him asking for a refund with no response and my grammarly account appears to be premium.
I'm not sure how long this account will last but if he would have just responded I would have been less pissed off than what he has done. He ignored me for 40 days, did not respond or refund, but fixed it 40 days later.
It's nice that he fixed the account but I'm not sure that I would ever trust him again. One year warranty with at least 40 days of downtime in the middle.
I did buy a grammarly account somewhere else that is still live but it's a shady shared account so I don't like to use it.
I'll use this account as needed for as long as it survives.
Customer service tip for you Horla. When people ask questions about their purchases respond in a timely manner.
The way it looks to me was that if he wasn't ever able to fix the accounts he would have ran off with the money. It's only $10 but every dollar counts to me.
