Hi, the program has stopped working... I tried several times but does not open at all...

Where can I get support?

Same here getting an error. Will send a support request in now.Overall this has not worked out very well for me. Initially one course I wanted would not download, I did get to download some alternatives, however one was missing a module and the other did not come with the downloads and 2 or 3 others were fine. Problem now its stopped working.

Overall this is very hit and miss and if you are buying this for a specific course you have in mind, then you will be taking a risk.

Might be a glitch, drop the OP a message but I think he is in Australia so take into consideration the time difference.

The Lynda one is still working fine, my Udemy isn't working but I have not tried either for over a week until now.

Basically the issues are
- unable to download a certain udemy course
- when downloading some courses, its not downloading a few videos, they are all partial video downloads
- its not downloading any pdf/zip files along with videos, even though I checked the options to download all files
