The reason I use Beaver Builder over other WordPress page builders is because it uses HTML code for its building process, a lot of other builders lock you in meaning you can never replace or disable them, Beaver Builder on the other hand has no such shortcoming. If you are looking for a great tool that can help you build sites faster this is it.

You just need to install and activate woocomerce before you use that, if you arent setting up ecommerce pages you dont need either woopack or woocommerce.
Woocommerce is free
it needs a license when i upload it
