You are actually joking , right?????? I mean, have you just woke up from a long hibernation or something???? It doesn't matter what you do to your page, if it's a pr0 now, it will always be a pr0, it will never change. If your not sure what I mean, you might need to do a bit of up-to-date research on what is happening with pr now.
right google will not update their page rank system and they have like 1 year that it didnt do that

I think You have to make some quality back links from authoritative websites.
You have to do lots of work for getting page rank. like create good backlinks and use unique content.
