The online business.

1) Small guy makes/creates a product
Small guy makes/creates a system
Small guy copies a system already in place (no need to reinvent the wheel right ;-),
Small guy sells someone else’s product/system
Small guy finds a hole in a system being adsense/adwords, cpa, cpc bla bla and does everything above or just abuses that hole.
2) Small guy approaches someone or someone’s to spread the word.
3) Small guy now has list and can reproduce what he/she has created and/or has funds to expand.
4. Things snowball
Now for each choice there are certain things to do. Website, marketing, social marketing, customer service, blab bla bla.

The problems I have found are these.
I can’t do it all. (Well I can but badly)
Trying to do it all just eats time and energy.
Trying to do it all ends up with nothing finished.
Trying to do it all alone is stupid as to be honest, no one has had success without working with others.

After trying and trying again, I feel it is now time to wake up, smell the roses and face the reality that I cannot do it alone and to be successful need to work with someone/s and really make 2016 profitable.

I imagine there are others like me that try to do it all, multitask and get nowhere.
So I am looking for a partner or partners to work with Online in 2016.

Having an accountability partner/s and spreading the work load out to achieve a goal is almost a necessity
and will reap the rewards.

I’m ahead of the curve on most things (I know my way around the internet and my pc) but not perfecting just one thing is killing me and what business I should or could have. I work hard and have no problem putting in the hours to make something work, but working 16 hour days alone and seeing no returns cannot go on.

I have websites online, stupid amounts of software, social accounts, ppc accounts etc etc.
I live in France but am English
I have a legit business here in France
I know what to do, but doing it all is just to much
Outsourcing is an option, but I would prefer to work with someone/s to make something happen
I'm open to all idea's, Selling, cpa, product creation etc

I have everything I need yet things don’t go forward as I end up running around in circles each and every time.

I have decided to start this year off with using what I have already in place. I’ve spent thousands over the years and have built up debts so using what I have and investing the minimum this year is just one of the goals I have.

The beauty of this forum is things are either free or cheap, so there is no need to go out and spend fortunes to see no returns.

Are you like me? Do you just go around in circles not getting anything really done, have little to no finance to input?

You are not alone, I bet most people are in your shoes
Im in the financial and forex niche with years of experience, and feel the same about running my own services. Need a team to handle most tasks that i can myself, but better success when done with partners. It really is the collaborative work of brains tasking toward one common goal that would make a difference.

Good post OP im thinking three quarters of our members are in this same position. Personally I like doing SEO so am concentrating on PBN this year seems to be the way forward .
