Hi,
I see that Psychoo has mentioned (see below) that we may need to be a VIP member in order to access all of your BSO? Is that so?
and what if one is so new (and busy with life outside of BBHF :) ) that you still have a low REP score? It seems some people get ripped to shreds if they have a low REP score and are offer a BSO etc

Some of the links are for Just VIP access how ever in the BSO they are very few. And if asked i will be here to answer all question.
For your another question... Everyplace some rules. You dont need to have high reputation for making a BSO or GB. But it will take some more time than others with reputation...
