I don't think there's any significant difference between the FE and the OTO.
It looks like the OTO is just a 'license' for unlimited sites.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
And if that's the case, I wouldn't worry about it at all.
Usually this 'license' is just a pdf, saying that you have the 'rights' for whatever.
But there's NO way to enforce or even follow up on that when there's no access code,
domain registering, etc.
Make sense?
