Everyone on BBHF should read this book even if you're not sick... get it and read it for those you know who are sick. The research is fascinating and well referenced, seriously. Just the info on the commercial switch to products with bromide alone is enough to pin point MANY health issues with people.
You'll see how the AMA and FDA are really just corporate shills that suppress information, but most of you already know this so I wont get into a rant.
And if you or anyone you know start supplementing with it, make sure you research and follow the protocols and only use a high quality iodine based on the Lugol mix. and it's important to take the companion nutrients with it. btw - J. Crow is high quality and inexpensive- you can find it on amazon and all over the net.

Also - one point I want to make clear. Just the opposite in fact... this should be read by everyone.
I would rate this 10 out of 10 just on the research effort alone. And buy the book if you find it useful, she definitely deserves the support. Spread the info far and wide because there's without a doubt an agenda against it. You can read a bunch of reviews on amazon.
