You need to combine both files using program roybatty recommended and then extract that file. That's what worked for me.

Can you use the information without the software?

Of course. It's just going to be a bit more challenging as you'll have to set up your own systems to support what you have going on.

But here's a thought... Why not get your marketing going, make sure it works for you, get the leads flowing in, and see that it works for you, THEN go ahead and invest in the tools you believe you need - like this software - with the profits you're getting in order to make things easier?

Makes sense, right? :)
