Getting ready to setup this GB!

Have 2 questions before we move forward.

1) How many here prefer to have this program delivered instantly?
This is primarily dependent on the fact if all the course material is available right away of course.
If anything is to be drip fed, that is the one thing that is out of my control.

2) To cover the course cost, GB and PP fees, each person's share would be $45, with a minimum of 30 people. Are we able to gather another 10 - 12 people to complete the 30 spaces?
