The method is pretty old and well-known.

In a nutshell, you need to use the classifieds (newspapers)
to promote email/zip submit CPA offers.

There are 3 steps:

Step 1 – Find the CPA offer you want to promote.
Step 2 – Set up a domain to redirect to your CPA affiliate link.
Step 3 – Create and purchase an ad in your publication of choice.

It works but it takes tooooo much time to match the offer and the traffic source.
