Sorry bout the dumbass question but I don't know how to upload a theme that's a .rar file like this one (used to .zip)
So how do I upload and install this theme?
Unpack it and save the whole thing as a zip (with 7 zip)?
unpack and package a portion of it up into a .zip? (which folders?)
or is it just easier to unzip and upload via ftp?
Thanks for your help folks.

Hi SpiritDude
It is very simple, unrar it with 7Zip (you can google it), Then you should have a 'Zip' file. Once this done you can login to you backend off the Wordpress, go to >>> appereance>>>Themes>>Add new theme>>>>upload theme (left upper corner). That is it.
Hopes it helped

SpritDude,
I have just looked up into the file and i will explain;
wen you unrar the files there are some folders, you need to zip the 'wpresidence' folder (that is the main theme folder) and then upload&install it on your wordpress.
The other folders have all some read me files, and very good explained. They describe how you can import demo content, and also about the child themes.
I hope this will do,
Can you share v 1.15 please
Thanks Hop,
Yeah when I unpacked, there were no .zip files...rather than .zip up the wpresidence file I just uploaded to the /themes folder via ftp.
I still am figuring out what to do with the other folders i.e child theme etc...but I think there are some help files around
Any chance to share v 1.15 please?
not that I need the extra functionality...but most of the help files/videos are for 1.15...so I'm with astra here...anyone have it?
repped! thank you
everything else i.e the child theme etc should still work with the theme no?
It works here.
If not, just activate another theme once then activate child theme again.
