Wow, sorry this has melted down...I followed the png'd you provided p1 to see about an exchange but saw no information at destination other than your service desk. As per your instructions people looking for refunds should go there. . Please forward me what is available for an exchange. I would like to see what is in the shopping cart before seeking a refund
