Actually, this is something I was looking at as well. Its video really sucked, as far as voice over and slow, drawn out, and boring speech.
The point is that it looks for videos for you that you can post ads on with the youtube ad system.
It also comes with some kind of youtube ad training, which is what I would be after more than anything else.
Hopefully someone can crack this one.
