It would take a person with valid SSN and identity to confirm. I raised mine last year and it was done via automated system but man they asked me questions that only I would of known for example "How old was your roommate in 2001" how the F*** would I know how old was she and how the F*** did they know I had a roommate and it was a female????!!!???
Anyways, the problem with your request is that ebay report all sales to the IRS and the person who will increase your limit will be liable for your income comes tax time. Good luck !
