Hi mintywa, I´d recommend to check the Adsense TOS and placement policies. As far as I know, you can place no more than 3 pop-ups per website if using adsense. But it always depends on how intrusive those popups are and if they force people to click on ads. If in doubt, always check back with Google. Though I am pretty sure that I read about a maximum number of 3 popups per page, I´d still recommend you to take that with a grain of salt. If Google thinks that your site is somehow in breach of their TOS, they´ll shut you down no matter how many pop-ups you have.

but I want to use pop under and interstitial ads of propellerads network for increase my cpm, and banner ads of adsense for cpc.
