I have lists not much, from outside USA, Europe, I want to included CPA, CPL, also PPI,

It all depends whats in your excel file, is it just the leads itself?
For Bigger Auto responder companies, such as Aweber and Getresponse, you'll need more details, such as the IP address of that lead, where they signed up to view your offer - or how ever they got on your list.
Did you buy your list?
If so, request to get their Ip addresses, date of joining their list, the leads name if they put it in there.
