Hello All,
I will be brief and straight to the point
I have been building and ranking small niche sites (according to my budget size). And now I am interested in building authority site that makes +$5,000.

To do that successfully I need a partner (would not mind a passive one) who can provide capital. You would not have to send me any money. Just order the items we need to get the site up, ranking and bringing in $$$$$.

If you are already ranking "small" sites that you are making money from, why not make more of these and re-invest your profits until you can afford to scale up?

10 sites making $500/month are actually better than 1 site making $5,000/month.
