I got the same error ...

there's a twist to make it work...i tried to login with the provided ips for cpa-blaster but it doesnt work that way so,

change the host file with following links

78.46.178.246 cpa-blaster.com
78.46.178.246 http://www.cpa-blaster.com

non of this are working! invalid details.
