I don't know why he or she feels sad for the product creator but what I do know is that Edmund Loh has been around the internet AND creating quick products for a considerable amount of time.
Some of his products are good and some s0-so but that's what happens when you take massive action - you can always release an improved or modified version later.
Basically the product creator is not a "noob" or "newbie" as people like to say in the IM world.
