Hypnotic Gastric Band
The hypnotic gastric band is a procedure meant to psychologically convince you that you have had a gastric band installed around the stomach. There is no actual surgery required and the process is done through hypnotic suggestions to the subconscious mind. Once the hypnotic gastric band is in place your body will behave as if an actual gastric band has been surgically added to lower food intake, allowing you to enjoy a thinner, healthier, and more content you!

Part 4 : After we have placed the hypnotic gastric band in Part 3 we must now deal with some very important psychological issues on food and portion control. During Part 4 we get to the root of overeating and why we have gained weight in the first place. Part 4 involves a hypnotic trance where we implant suggestions for this healthy new lifestyle.
Part 5 : This session is very important even beyond this course for the hypnotic gastric band. During Part 5 we will deal with confidence issues. Confidence or lack of is a major problem in a variety of areas in life. You must be confident that your new lifestyle is going to work. Optimism and confidence always trumps pessimism and negative thinking. Part 5 will not only allow us the confidence to make healthier decisions and trust our hypnotic gastric band, it will also give us a new found confidence to approach life in a new way.
Part 6 : The final session in this course involves the tightening of the gastric band. In real life you would go back to the doctor a week later to have the band adjusted, since we are following the same steps you too will go back into your subconscious to implant this suggestion. Just as in a doctors office this procedure is quick and painless, so is it in this situation. However we will take the time to reinforce the ideas we have worked on throughout this course. After this final session you will mentally and physically be ready to start noticing effects of the hypnotic gastric band.
