I think you need to grow up, get some logic, if it was a true positive obviously whoever used it wouldn't get a chance to come back and say "Thanks" because their OS would be gone.
Learn more about false positive, or use VM if you like to play with software.
If you are very paranoid about viruses then you shouldn't be on black hat forums and should never download a cracked software.
