It's by Paul James and Anthony Devine.
This is a software product that goes out and looks for local businesses that haven't yet claimed their Google+ Page so that you can contact them and offer to do it for them...and get paid in the process.

As some of you may recall, he had a free software that did this before.
I'm sure it's still available, but this *may* be a slight upgrade.
There's also some training here as well.

Cool share. Just purchased it this morning and took it for a test run. It's kind of cheaply made but great deal for free.
