Here ya'll go. I had a b*tch of a time downloading with the d*** ads, but I managed to get them.
I DID NOT CHECK THEM FOR VIRUS, so you may want to run them through VT first, but my goal was to get them uploaded asap as downloading them was a HUGE PITA so, I figured others would get frustrated as well...
