I searched ClickBank marketplace for 3weekdiet.com, 3weekdiet and 3 week diet to know it's gravity. But never got this product.
Then I clicked 'Health and Fitness' link, then also I can't find this. I heard that this is high gravity product.

Why this don't appear in search result?

Yes you are right smartys both the original vendor and the english version are no longer in the clickbank marketplace right now.
