There is something wrong with the way that Udemy handles short coupon codes -
when you click on the url above, the page that is opened does not have the coupon
applied. If you go to the page and press "enter coupon code" ( while logged in ) and
enter the code shown above "0" ( without quote marks ) the course will be free.

I tried but this method does not work :-( No message like "sold out" or anything happens.

I find if I click to buy the course at $11, when you go to the payment option page there is a discount code already showing.
Delete the discounted code then click on redeem a coupon and add the code 0
This gets you the code for free.
