A lot of webhosters use cpanel and it contains a whole lot of open source software like wordpress that you can install just with a few clicks. In case of wordpress, name the database and choose a wordpress admin name/password, install it in a folder in your webspace and use one of your domains. That´s it. If it worked you can see the website and log in. Then you can change the theme, install plugins, and so on. No coding skills needed.
