I have the script properly installed
The problem is, when uploading

the script does not work for me somehow.
can someone help me ?

Sorry but why don't look at line 145 in upload.php and see what the line of code is it might show you what is wrong or give you an idea on how to fix it.. I don't have this installed so i cant see the line of code.

add permissions 777 to folder (uploads)

I have given write permissions for folder (uploads) 777
and not work

You need to create a upload folder in setting,name it any thing and then the script will create it for you..
