Looks like it's gone now... I mean the coupon. But here's what I do to avoid the sitting disease.
I stand up 2 to 3 times every hour to drink water or take a pee, or simply go around just to walk a few steps. Sometimes, I go out for a few minutes of sun exposure.
I also do push-ups up to 30 reps when I feel sleepy, and add to it 10 pull-ups. It's so energizing than coffee, and when I get back to work...focus is heightened.
Of course, food matters. What we eat really does impact our health. Eating too much refined and highly processed foods plus sitting excessively is a perfect recipe for illnesses later on.
