Don't loose your time with Auction scripts if you already know Wordpress, this is much easier to "tweak" and add content, news, etc... You will have to upload this auction in the themes folder on your server using Filezilla after unzipping on your computer, since this theme is to BIG to just use the add theme in .zip inside wordpress.
