I've download the pro version, fill the form and received the license key, but can't activate it since: there are two options to activate: first by entering the activation code which is 18 characters! license key is 28 characters, and by inserting the key that should be a file and I don't have this either I have 28 characters with no place to add them. could you please help.

Yes, exactly the same thing happened to me.

Yes, exactly the same thing happened to me.

Same thing happened with me too. Then I found that the free license key only works with the free version of Avast. It will not work on any paid versions...

And the Free version was already free to begin with, so this is totally pointless! what a complete waste of time!
