Pros
The sites are very nice looking
You are getting a lot for what you are paying
They are done! Turnkey sites
Would be good for AdSense sites quite possibly

Cons
No XML Sitemap. Add one if you buy a site
The readability-English is not up to my standards
Note; English is my 1st language and I read a lot

The sites I saw were as follows:
First site
108 pages
Duplicate Content: 6%
Common Content: 41%
Unique Content: 53%

Second Site
95 pages
Duplicate Content: 11%
Common Content: 52%
Unique Content: 37%
