Just replace the word shopify or ecommerce with any other word you like.

I didn't get 90 days off, still gotta pay by the 22nd, which would make it in 14 days. But I did get to pay a monthly fee of just $9.00.... i think it costs more when signing up directly to shopify

Open your shopify account and configure if you have online store channel or not, I think that if you add the online store channel you will pay $29/month
So I think we have no way to get the online store for $9/month.
You can contact them to configure that.
So, now the best offer is the one with 20% off lifetime.

As an update to my experience: I managed to get them to extend my trial to December 6th, making it a 6 week trial rather than 12 weeks. I told them "a friend" was able to get theirs extended to the full 90 days. Not a bad result in the end I guess.

Now what is the exact price you will pay after the end of the trail - $9 OR $29?
Consider adding the online store.
