I think maybe you need .NET Framework installed. I works for me on Win 8.
Would be nice to get so much unique articles, but how about the copyright of the articles. You still need permission from the owner of the articles, or you will risk a lawsuit.

Tried installing .NET on both windows 7 and 8, didn't work on both - its working as per other members..sucks I can't use it
Be careful of this one guys, i downloaded the copy from the vip thread and this copy is not the same definitley something been added. this file is 224kb larger than the copy from VIP
