My review of your share.

1. You are sharing a file that is two years old.
2. The most recent version is one year old.
3. This probably is NOT a safe plugin to use due to the age.
4. The fact that WordPress has has several updates and recent security vulnerabilities fixed which required almost all plugins to be updated to fix vulnerabilities which were the result of WordPress not completely defining some of their API also would be a serious consideration before using something this old.
