If it is then it'll be because Dennis B (E1KaD) bought Jimmy's 2015 PLR package and created a personal use product to sell as his own. Most people don't use their PLR purchases and just let them gather dust on their hard drive.

A really clever person will now take the JDB PLR and create something totally unique so that noone can recognise it.

Haven't compared the two packages so I'm only speculating but I know that DB buys a lot of PLR and repurposes to create his own products.
