Just upload to a server that meets the requirements and go to yourdomain/install
yourdomain/install is not functioning..
There's no INSTALL folder or install.php file on root..
and, There's noo index.php file on root..
Can you share your files?

This is made on Laravel Framework, you dont need a install.php or install folder. This is made via routing of the script.
