I've seen this course before. The method is dead because it teaches you how to use Notification Pro which was a product by Brett Rutecky that allows you to send FB messages like an email autoresponder.
The software is no longer available for sell, nor are the other two softwares that did the same thing. I know FB cracked down on this method but I think they may have stopped the developers from selling this too. Although, Brett declined to comment on this when I asked him.
