Wow, that Zippyshare link got taken down pretty fast. Wonder if Michael Masterson is a member here, lol. I've noticed though that Zippyshare has been pretty crap lately, with lots of files being taken down, used to be my favourite.
As was pointed out earlier the second link still works. Just hit translate button for directions. I did not trie the third link though. Thanks for re-uploading. +5 rep left.
