i want to be advertiser on FB ads account , anyone can add me to his account ?

So having read your other 2 posts on this subject, let me guess this right - you've had your own FB ads account closed down presumably due to a policy violation and now you want to pay someone $2 per day for someone to give you access to their FB ads account with their credit card linked?
