I wonder how can one unsubscribe? Seems, those Udemy "developers" removed the unsubscribe menu item to simplify their life.

Hi Vintom,
When you log into the course there's a button at the top which looks like a gear. Click that button to unsubscribe from the course.

That option I was referring to. Unfortunately, those Udemy "developers" removed the Unsubscribe menu item to simplify their life, I guess. There is only Archive option left.
