1. Buy used books at garage sales, Goodwill, Church donation stores, etc. for very cheap.
2. Then sell the books on Amazon for much more.
3. Look for valuable and rare books. These are usually non-fiction how-to books and first edition fiction books of novelists who have later become famous. (I suggest using the free Amazon Seller app - available for both iPhone and Android - to scan book barcodes to make sure you are buying profitable books.)
This is not a new concept. People have been buying used books and reselling them on Amazon for a long time. I know several people who do this professionally. In fact, I did it myself for a few months after I lost my job and it put food on the table.
So yes the strategy does work. The question here is it worth buying an WSO showing you how to do it? Probably not, which is why you can get it for free here :-)

Like twotokes said this is a WSO about buying books from places like thrift stores and used bookstores and reselling them via an app. It's not a bad WSO since you can probably make your money back pretty easily. I could have sworn he has released this WSO before. My gripe is bookscouter sucked when using it on the iphone. It very rarely registered my scan.
